Account Data When you register, we collect your email address, username, and password (hashed). If you provide additional profile information, that is also stored.

Order and Payment Data We record order details including plan type, payment status, and transaction identifiers from NowPayments. We do not store cryptocurrency wallet details or payment credentials.

 

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Process orders and activate subscriptions
  • Deliver Telegram invite links and API keys
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, expiry notices, account alerts)
  • Monitor for fraud, abuse, and unauthorized API usage
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or automated decision-making that affects your rights.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share data only with:

  • NowPayments — to process cryptocurrency payments. Their privacy policy governs data they receive.
  • Telegram — invite links are generated via the Telegram Bot API. No personal subscriber data is transmitted to Telegram beyond what is necessary to create the invite.
  • Hosting / Infrastructure providers — data is stored on servers necessary to operate the Service. Providers are bound by data processing agreements.
  • Legal authorities — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

 

5. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies:

  • Session cookie — keeps you logged in during your session. Deleted when you close your browser.
  • WooCommerce cookies — required for cart and checkout functionality.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile your behavior. If this changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including password hashing, HTTPS encryption, API key hashing, and access controls. No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

The Service is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with their data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
