1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service offered by CRT-SEM, including but not limited to our trading signal subscriptions, website, Telegram channels, API, and account dashboard (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CRT-SEM provides algorithmically generated trading signals delivered via private Telegram channel and/or API. Signals include suggested entry points, stop-loss levels, and take-profit levels for financial instruments. The Service is available under tiered subscription plans, including a free tier and paid tiers.
CRT-SEM does not provide financial advice, investment management, or brokerage services.
3. Financial Risk Disclaimer
Trading financial instruments — including but not limited to forex, cryptocurrencies, commodities, and indices — carries a substantial risk of loss. CRT-SEM signals are generated by an automated system and are provided strictly for informational purposes. They do not constitute financial advice or a recommendation to enter any trade.
All trading decisions are made solely and exclusively by you. CRT-SEM, its operators, employees, and affiliates accept no liability whatsoever for any financial loss, damage, or consequence arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Service. Past signal performance is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.
You are strongly encouraged to consult an independent, licensed financial advisor before making any trading decisions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to access trading-related services in your country of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether using the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. CRT-SEM makes no representations regarding the legality of the Service in any specific jurisdiction.
5. Account Registration
To access paid features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API key. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
CRT-SEM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in abusive or fraudulent activity.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription plans are available on a recurring or one-time basis as described on the pricing page. Paid plans are processed via NowPayments (cryptocurrency). All payments are final. Refunds are issued solely at CRT-SEM’s discretion and only in cases of documented technical failure on our part preventing service delivery.
CRT-SEM reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change affects their renewal.
Access to paid features (Telegram channel, API) is activated upon confirmed payment and revoked upon subscription expiry or cancellation.
7. API Key and Telegram Access
Your API key and Telegram invite link are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publish your API key or invite link. Detected sharing or resale will result in immediate account termination without refund.
CRT-SEM reserves the right to revoke and regenerate API keys at any time for security reasons.
8. Intellectual Property
All signals, data, software, algorithms, content, and materials provided through the Service are the exclusive property of CRT-SEM. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense signal content
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service beyond authorized API use
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
- Use the Service in jurisdictions where it is prohibited
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CRT-SEM, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The total aggregate liability of CRT-SEM for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CRT-SEM does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that signals will be accurate, timely, or profitable. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
12. Modifications to Terms
CRT-SEM may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes via email or site notice.
